Job Description

One of our chemical manufacturing clients is seeking a Technical Writer to join their team for a 6 month contract on-site at their Philadelphia, PA plant. This individual will be working alongside a Process Engineer to update and improve processes, documents and SOPs that are outdated within their EQMS system. They will be working with documents within Quality, Safety, Warehouse, Operations and various other groups at the plant to understand the various job functions of everyone, their processes, process flows, and collaborating to update the procedures effectively.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors Degree (Scientific field preferred)
3 - 5 years of experience within technical writing (Industrial Manufacturing or Chemical Manufacturing is preferred.
Writing SOPs
Working with an EQMS system

Previously a Document Control Specialist
