QA Business Analyst

A leader in the health insurance space is actively hiring a Business Analyst with a focus in QA Testing to join their team in Philadelphia, PA. This team is responsible for all of the testing activities needed to ensure their external call center application are properly documented. Daily this person will be responsible for identifying system requirements, documenting business needs and determining development impact to current system processing. This team will also work with the other QA Testers, programmers and users to ensure accuracy of requirements. They will play a key part in partnering with the technical areas in the research and resolution of system and process problems.

- 5-7 years experience as Business Analyst

- Experience with Quality Assurance Testing

- Experience with project management methodology and SDLC

- 2+ years of Healthcare Industry experience preferred

- Significant experience in communication and presentation

- Keen sense of project plan and timing, pays attention to details, ability to drive solutions

- Success incorporating applications and data sources into business focused solutions
