As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the transition from Ping/Azure Single Sign-On (SSO) to Okta cloud services. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Transition Management:
o Project manage the migration process, ensuring a smooth transition from the existing SSO solutions to Okta.
o Collaborate closely with the System Integrator (SI) responsible for implementing the technical changes.
2. Deadline Tracking:
o Monitor individual project deadlines using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha, or Smartsheet.
o Keep the SI timelines in focus and ensure they remain on target.
3. Technical Liaison:
o Occasionally act as a bridge between engineering and architecture teams.
o Facilitate communication and alignment, with a strong focus on successful delivery.
4. Program Integration:
o Interface with the delivery lead to integrate larger program initiatives into project deliverables.
o Ensure alignment with overall organizational goals.
