Work across the entire UX and UI lifecycle, partner with subject matter experts, develop strategy, design, validation, and optimization. From brainstorming to implementation, will work cross-functionally with software engineers, product management, brand marketing, QA, and R&D. Have a passion for creating a user experience and design strategy that is straightforward, elegant, engaging, and most importantly, easy to use. Working to implement and update the UX for a platform utilized by Scientist for research projects.
Day to Day:
Design complex desktop & web applications that meet business requirements and user needs
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Ensure design consistency across multiple products and platforms
Understand and apply feedback with flexibility.
Utilize and contribute to design patterns that will enable a consistent user experience across products and platforms.

Bachelors Degree OR Bootcamp & proven experience in application design
+ years' experience in UX Design Web / Desktop Applications
Experience with UI Design concepts
Expert in Figma, particularly in using auto-layout and components (creating & using) & prototyping
Experience utilizing Design Systems contributing to design systems
Ability to present and persuade Stakeholder
o Comfortable taking in requirements from Stakeholders
Experience interfacing with software engineers/ working on cross-functional teams
- Experience with Miro or FigJam
