A large biotechnology client in Pittsburgh PA is seeking a Product Owner to join the Data Product Management Team which is responsible for strategizing the centralization of data into a single platform for customer marketing business units to leverage for segmenting audiences for targeted marketing campaigns. The data comes from various sources, for example: ad click data, sales data, marketing data, etc. More specifically, the subgroup that owns sales & marketing data. This consultant will be responsible for understanding business requirements coming from various LOB's, translating those requirements into user stories, determining what data tables need to be gathered to meet the requirement, then working with the Data Engineers/Architects to model that data for the LOB's.
This consultant will be serving as a liaison between these BU's and the Data Engineers/Architect to gather requirements for each use case, define the roadmap for data ingestion.

- SQL experience -- querying -- some data manbipulation
- Relational DB's -- Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server. PostgreSQL, RedShift, SAP Hana , DB2, etc
- Workign within Datawarehouses/Data Lakes/ Databases
- Understand concepts of data collection, aggregation, querying, manipulation
- Gathering business requirements, Creating user stories, and desfining technical requirements
- Collaboration with technical teams (Ideally Data Engineers/Architects/Analysts)
- Working in Agile Environment
