A Fortune 500 client is seeking a ServiceNow IT Project Manager to join their team remotely.
The ServiceNow Project Manager will play a critical role in ensuring successful workflow implementations and system integrations by identifying potential risks associated with Smartsheet integration and CMDB project. He/She will develop a comprehensive project plan, including scope, deliverables, milestones, and timelines using Agile methodologies and SCRUM planning. He/She will conduct workshops or interviews to gather detailed requirements for the implementation. They will document functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals and combine technical expertise with effective project management skills to drive successful adoption and values realization. They will create use cases, process flows, and data models to illustrate how the CMDB will support various IT processes.
