Job Description

A nonprofit client of Insight Global is looking to fill 2 Support Coordinator Supervisor positions who will provide direct support to their team of Coordinators. The position will be performed consistently with the values, principles, and philosophy of Pennsylvania's Multi-year plan, the Everyday Lives Publications, and of Quality Progression and all applicable policies and procedures. The employee will have a strong foundation of experience in providing supports coordination or services to people with Intellectual Disabilities. Daily duties of the Support Coordinator Supervisor in include:

· Assists Supports Coordinators to successfully complete their duties.

· Evaluates Supports Coordinators performance through reviewing HCSIS, family feedback, and timeliness of mandated deadlines.

· Provides formal and informal training to Supports Coordinators.

· Promotes a teaching environment while supporting their team on a daily basis.

· Assists in coordinating schedules and caseloads to meet the needs of consumers and their family.

· Assists in assuring that quality standards of Quality Progressions and of all funding sources are being met.

· Manages the waiver compliances of the Consolidated and P/FDS Waiver.

· Acts as a liaison with the applicable AE's, families and external providers.

· Participates in the development and implementation of all policies and procedures.

· Provides education to consumers and families on their rights and on due process.

· Reviews Individual Supports Plans, Service Preference Plans, and monitors the subsequent follow-up required.

· Other duties as assigned and deemed necessary, this may include representing the agency in citywide and/or statewide committees or meetings

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of previous Support Coordinator/ Coordination experience

Bachelors Degree

Own form of transportation

Covid Vaccinated

Proficient with the use of computers and HCSIS

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Great communication skills

Writing skills
