One of our clients is looking for a senior epic HB application analyst. This person will be primarily responsible for supporting ServiceNow tickets and some upgrades/ enhancements.
The HB analyst will be focused on getting ticket numbers down in the queue - can be a variety of different tickets such as general ledger, security, and building out work queues/ queue maintenance. The analyst will serve as a subject-matter expert within (Hospital Billing) for all ticketing support with deep knowledge of the core Epic application, related non-Epic products/applications and the supported operational processes. Work typically focuses on multiple areas of a broad process within the supported application, most often requiring certification in a second core Epic application.
In this role, the Analyst consults with Epic representatives, application coordinators, supervisors and end users to configure and build Epic software and applications to meet organizational and client needs; troubleshoots problems, offers solutions and recommends a course of action to address the issues and needs of the end user and to achieve client and/or hospital specifications for Epic applications
Applying a consultative approach, engages internal subject-matter experts in operations to understand current and anticipated operational needs. Conducts extensive technology and operations analyses to identify root causes of complex problems. Identifies implications, brainstorms solutions and assesses the best option among many.
This role is 100% remote and will need to be working EST hours Mon-Fri (federal holidays off)
