Job Description

This role includes the ability to conduct training classes and provide instruction on various technical topics. Additionally, the person will be responsible for the assisting with the development of training materials and modification of existing training materials. Additional responsibilities include: Analyze workflows and develop education/training material. Ensure training materials and documentation is current and effective. Write, design, edit, and maintain documentation and training materials. Explain complex information to non-technical audiences.

Additional requirements:

* Remote / online classroom presentation experience

* Knowledge of Epic hyperdrive version, specifically inpatient and ambulatory

* Ability to interact with all levels of physician practice personnel to include: IT management staff, consulting staff, clinicians, clinical administrators, business administrators, etc.

* Expert verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong presentation skills

* Knowledge of healthcare operations and the use of information system applications in the practicing healthcare environment.

* High level of competency with MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

* Strong customer service orientation

* Able to function as part of a team providing a high level of quality service to users

Required Skills & Experience

At least 2 years of Epic EMR Trainer experience

Epic Hyperdrive experience, specifically with inpatient and ambulatory

Adobe connect

Understanding of ED, beacon and/or cardiology is a plus.
