Job Description

Insight Global is currently seeking a Senior Scrum Master for a large pharmaceutical client. This person will join an existing team and project for a large platform build. This person will work between internal IT/Business stakeholders, 3rd party vendors responsible for build, and project leadership to guide progress. This person will be responsible for joining agile ceremonies, leading refinement, backlog, and meetings, and overseeing development/test plans. This person should have extensive experience as a Scrum Master in all ceremonies and GxP environment experience.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master

- Experience leading stand ups, backlog, demo, and refinement ceremonies

- GxP/GCP environment experience for development/test

- Large program experience working across multiple workstreams

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- DataBricks and Python project experience
