Job Description

Insight Global is sourcing for a Human Resources Manager to join a diversified technology company that develops and manufactures medical systems and consumer electronics products. This position will be local to Malvern, PA and requiring the candidate to go onsite at least 2 days per week. The HR Manager will be responsible for supporting the businesses AM&D Organization, helping to drive all HR related projects and people aspects of HR. The focus is on deployment of strategic workforce planning, talent management, staffing plans, employee relations, engagement, performance management, and compensation processes. This position will be a 4-month contract with opportunity for extensions.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5 years of experience in HR generalist roles covering exempt and non-exempt work groups in a dynamic and fast pace organizations is required.

- The team player we are looking for is client-driven, highly accountable, able to earn the trust of clients and peers alike, and shares our value of striving for excellence.

- Experience working in a large public company is strongly preferred.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects successfully in a changing environment.

- Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings for internal clients

- Must have experience in working with senior management, experience in driving HR plans and providing solutions

- Strong verbal and written communication- as well as influencing skills.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects successfully in a changing environment.

- Outstanding MS Office skills required.

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline required.

- PHR/SPHR strongly preferred.
