Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, and closing of an initiative with limited supervision. The role is responsible for defining, managing, and maintaining the delivery of project scope ensuring business objectives are met. Coordinates project management services across the enterprise utilizing strong communication and negotiation skills. The role must be able to present to executives. The role must be able to understand when and who to escalate risks and issues, influence people to work without having direct reporting lines, multitask, and be change-oriented.



Day to Day:

* Leads the creation and maintenance of project management plans that define project scope, assumptions, risks, and approach across multiple projects with a focus on ERP projects.

* Develops, administers, and delivers upon complex project budgets, timelines, and performance standards in accordance with the sponsor's agreed upon scope.

* Communicates and defines the project cadence, project issues, change requests and risks to project sponsors and stakeholders.

* Analyzes key metrics of project scheduling, costs, and value realization and makes recommendations as appropriate.

* Engages with cross-functional business leaders to objectively analyze the organization's ability to absorb change and adopt project and programs post-deployment.

* Responsible for Capability Lifecycle project scope and resources against budget and forecast based on the portfolio.

* Monitors value metrics to make informed decisions that maximize returns across enterprise projects and programs and puts appropriate change management processes in place to alter course as necessary.

* Ensures that investments and initiatives in project management services are aligned with business strategy and priorities.

* Responsible for managing projects according to methodologies adopted by the organization in accordance with established governance practices.

* Demonstrates ability to manage project team meeting and facilitate meetings and discussions across project team members and steering committees.

* Defines principles and standards to harmonize project management methodologies from third party or external service providers.

* Communicates status of the project and program portfolio to all stakeholders in business units and head of integrated services group.

* Serves as the central point of contact for all assigned projects/requests and works with business and IT team to establish scope, priority, and timeline for delivery.

* Accountable to ensuring accurate business requirements are documented and approved prior to work commencing.

* Understands complex business processes and can translate them to IT solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:

- 15 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager

- Extensive knowledge of SDLC process and ability to adapt to a project environment.

o Process, closing, building a business case, project tools.

- Experience driving financial system integrations/implementations and driving business processes

- SAP FI - CO

- Experience with ERP systems

- Experience working in Treasury domain/familiarity with treasury terms
