A Fortune 500 client, within the Hospitality and Food/Beverage industry, is seeking a Technical Pre-Sales Process Engineer/Sales Solutions Architect to join their IT Digital Innovation and Experience Design team. He/she will be partnering with the IT VP and Lead Architect, as well as the Sales and Product Management teams, to outline technology solutions across all of the various LOBS and industries that they support. Will be working to understand the tech experience that the customer is looking to accomplish, identifying any gaps or roadblocks, create offerings, documenting the process that it would take to get there, etc. Some of these product offerings revolve around the industry-related technology (i.e. Point of Sale systems and devices, Mobile Ordering capabilities, Menu Management/Digital Menu Boards, and much more) and then what Infrastructure would need to be put in place to support that (i.e. networking, installation, etc). He/she should be familiar with technical pre-sales processes, technical writing and documentation of those processes, providing areas continuous improvement and opportunity for automation.
3+ years of experience in Technical Pre-Sales Engineering/Sales Solutions Architecture, including heavy Technical Writing capabilities
Extensive experience collaborating with customers and sales teams, identifying gaps within their tech/product offerings and outlining solutions
Extensive experience with Pre-Sales Process Documentation/Process Engineering and Continual Improvement
Extensive experience utilizing templates/workbooks to outline and document the process, as well as identifying areas to automate this
