Job Description

IKEA Purchasing Group is looking for a Communication Leader with passion for leading, developing, implementing, and enabling business driven communication both internally and externally in our region 'Supply Area Americas'. We are a dynamic and forward-thinking company committed to continuous improvement. We value innovation, collaboration, and adaptability. As a Communication leader specializing in change management, you will play a pivotal role driving successful organizational transformations. Your expertise in communication, stakeholder engagement and cultural alignment will be critical to this role. This position is fully onsite 5 days a week in King of Prussia, PA.

Required Skills & Experience

* Extensive knowledge and understanding of working with business and communication planning and execution, and an understanding of how communication supports and increases the impact of a business agenda.



* Extensive knowledge developing and leading change management strategies, including how to tailor communication effectively to create awareness, engagement, and impact, especially involving diverse target groups.



* Experience conducting impact assessment's, evaluating risks and developing mitigation plans.



* Understand how to segment audiences and strengthen key messages to support different audience needs and situations.



* Strategic thinker with the ability to align communication efforts with business objectives.



* Strong cultural fit with organization values and mission.
