Our Consumer Product Client is seeking a Project Manager who will plan, manage and coordinate manufacturing plant projects. They will identify and implement process improvements related to customer service, safety, environmental, quality, compliance, productivity, people development, and cost. The Project Manager will own and drive change controls in
order to implement process improvements and support capital projects, site wide initiatives or other projects as needed in the capacity of a project manager or a project team member. The PM will manage Site Project Portfolio and provide input for strategic business planning. This will include Facilitating site project review meetings to ensure projects are on schedule and supporting New Product Introduction and Technical Transfer process.
They will identify necessary document changes (SOP's and batch records) and revise as needed for projects, Events, and CAPA's in a timely manner.
The position requires strong organizational, communication and project management skills.
