Insight Global is looking for a Technology Service Desk Fulfillment Specialist to sit on-site in Moon, PA 5 days a week for one of our local Pittsburgh Clients. This person will be responsible for internal technical support, assessing business needs, planning and executing technology deployments, and providing on-going support and maintenance. They are required to help with break/fix repairs, ticket resolution, and equipment receipt inventory for all internal employees.
* Experience in an IT Support Role - help desk, phone support, refresh support, service desk, etc.
* Experience setting up, building, configuring, refreshing, reimaging and deploying computers
* Customer Service - White Glove Service
* A personable attitude
* Engineering software technology experience or familiarity (AutoCAD, Bentley (Infrastructure Engineering Software), Computer Applications, Windows Autopilot
* Ticketing Experience
