Insight Global is looking for a Help Desk Analyst located in Mexico, you will provide support to end-users, located at our multiple sites. You will resolve technical problems, whilst also responding to telephone calls, emails, and personnel requests for technical support. This analyst will communicate with IT and non-IT users. They will be contributing to definition of training documentation and training plans. They will also be providing IT infrastructure support as well as participate in infrastructure projects.
