Our Client, a Real Estate Lender, is seeking a skilled writer and creative thinker to join their marketing team as a Marketing Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research on consumer behavior, identifying target audiences, and devising marketing strategies that engage and convert potential customers. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), Adobe Premiere Pro, SEO, and paid ads.
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and preferences
Analyze data to develop insights and recommendations for marketing campaigns
Create engaging content for social media platforms and other marketing channels
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinker with a passion for researching new topics
Proficient in Microsoft Office, social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), Adobe Pro, SEO, and paid ads
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Professional or personal experience producing content for podcasts/video production
