Job Description

A a leading health and human services management company is looking for a Manager of HRIS Applications to join their IT department. This person will manage three employees and overall serve as the UltiPro HRIS system administrator (i.e. maintain system configuration, coordinate system upgrades, etc.) He/she will also have oversight over the company's learning management system, Relias. The company uses both UltiPro and Kronos to manage employee HR functions and payroll systems.



This person will work closely with the company's HR and payroll teams to ensure effective user support across HR and payroll. He/she will lead integration projects for additional UKG models like salary planning and performance management. This position is 50% people management and 50% hands on configuration/system administration.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of experience managing complex and highly configurable commercial HRIS solutions for a complex national organization (UKG highly preferred)

- Experience with UKG Pro and Dimensions platforms and related supplier management

- Experience with recruiting and learning management platforms generally, Hirebridge and Relias specifically.

- Previous experience managing a deployment, migration or conversion project

- 1+ year of leadership experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Sciences, business administration, HR management or a related business degree

- PMP or project management certification
