One of our Pharmacy Benefit Management companies is actively hiring a Remote Part Time Marketing Assistant to join their team. This role is starting out as part time, however will be moving to full time within 4-6 months.
- Event planning, coordination and implementation. Work with account management, sales, marketing and outside vendors to ensure participation (booth, speaking, sponsorships and SWAG) at events is executed in a quality and timely manner and within budget.
- SWAG coordination. Manage promotional item process from request through to approval, ordering and delivering, while working within budget.
- Provide administrative support including but not limited to: database management, reporting and analytics, maintaining marketing materials and updating the communication planning calendar
- Proof read and/or revise marketing content as requested.
- Other duties as assigned

The Part Time hours are flexible but you need to be able to work 20 hours/week.
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field
Event Planning experience
Detail Oriented / Go Getter
Proficient in Microsoft Suites
