A client is looking for a Patient Services Associate to join their team here in Philadelphia for their internal medicine practice.
They will work for the health system in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. On a regular basis they will be scheduling/coordinating patient appointments/tests facilitating patient requests, contacting insurance companies, verifying insurance, and updating patient billing information. They will be documenting that information in the EPIC portal. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer care and patient satisfaction.
Core hours are M, T, W, F 8:30am-5pm. Thursday will be 10:45am-7:15pm. Saturday hours 8am-12pm with a half day Friday. (Saturday hours will eventually be rotating)
They will need the ability to maintain communication with multiple practices/locations within the Health System Network.
