We are seeking looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant. Hybrid onsite in Malvern.
*This person will be functional and less hands' on with client facing apps. Less about delivery and more about strategy and bringing in new technologies.
The Solution Consultant of Technology Transformation will support multiple teams of technical and business staff on a large-scale multi-year technology transformation effort. They will help drive the agenda by shaping solutions for our most complex service offerings. The Solution Consultant will support the analysis of both internal solutions and the evaluation and selection of IT vendor products. Partners with leaders to strategize and effectively shape IT demand that will deliver business impact. This role partners with the business to strategically advise on technology, education, and process innovation for meeting business goals. Acts as a key participant in divisional business technology planning, gaining a holistic view of the technology portfolio to reveal cross-functional or cross-departmental opportunities.
Minimum of ten years related work experience, with at least five years of development experience.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Former Business Analyst background to undertsand and explain technology and how it will impact the business.
Experience owning and managing the capability landscape for multiple lines of business and its product owners.
Experience influencing the enterprise by promoting the sharing of innovative business solutions across business units and divisions to achieve competitive advantage.
Ability to establish strategic relationships with key partners to identify, evaluate, and deliver solutions. Assists in formulating IT and business strategies and ensures that business goals and strategy are well articulated. Plays a vital role in evaluating which initiatives to pursue. Delivers value through cultivating relationships, developing strategy, shaping demand, and facilitating communication.
Experience leveraging technology to modernize apps (ex. AI/ML)
