Job Description
One of our top clients is looking for an Email Delivery Consultant to join their team. He/she will be working on multiple projects including: moving DMARC policy to reject, relay projects, and legacy solutions projects. They will be spending about 50% of their time analyzing email flows, 25% of their time working in DMARC advisor and 25% of their time assisting IT teams as needed. The ideal candidate must have 5+ years of experience in email system administration, consulting, or support. They must have extensive experience of email protocols such as SMTP, IMAP, POP3, MIME, DMARC, SPF, etc. They should be able to find delivery issues with DMARC and SPF records. They must have extensive experience with Microsoft Exchange and Outlook. Experience in email security, encryption, authentication, and anti-spam is a must. Excellent communication and documentation skills are also a must. This role is fully remote.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in email system administration, consulting, or support including experience in email security, encryption, authentication, and anti-spam
Extensive experience of email protocols such as SMTP, IMAP, POP3, MIME, DMARC, SPF
Experience identifying delivery issues with DMARC and SPF records; experience in email migration, integration, and automation tools
Extensive experience with Microsoft Exchange and Outlook
Excellent communication and documentation skills, as well as the ability to work independently
