* DevOps knowledge, direct experience, and understanding of core cultural concepts
* Pipeline enablement (working with teams to provide direct platform tooling or skilled engagement to mature skills)
* Converting Azure DevOps classic pipelines > YAML pipelines
* Converting Azure DevOps classic pipelines or YAML pipelines to Github Actions (assuming we move in this direction)
* Testing/quality/security checks within the pipelines
* Test coverage auditing and potentially blocking pull requests if coverage not met (across different stacks)
* Education/Upskilling on backlog breakdown to support small batch delivery
* Migrate to trunk-based branching/development
* Decomposing large codebases to be more independently testable/deployable
* CI/CD training on above with experience in influencing large scale process change across development and partnering teams
