Job Description
Our Life Sciences client is looking to hire a Traffic Coordinator for a remote work from home contract to hire position. The salary once converted will be $80K.
This person will coordinate scheduling, processing, and trafficking of marketing projects as assigned from inception to completion, managing workflow of project deliverables with the use of appropriate tools, resources, and processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develops and reviews progress on creative work plans and briefs. Reviews products for quality, consistency, accuracy, and advancement of corporate graphic standards and branding and image initiatives.
Develop and maintain solid internal business partners relationships.
Conducts daily meetings to ensure that staff is aware of looming deadlines.
Prepares daily priority lists and weekly project status reports.
Regularly tracks and updates project statuses.
Develops work schedules for various departments to ensure that projects and processes are on schedule.
Communicates potential problems to project teams and recommends solutions.
Creates timelines, instructions, and breakdowns for future projects.
Informs project teams of any updates and changes as and when they occur.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven Workfront experience within a creative agency (internal or external) is required.
Team player with excellent relationship-building skills
Operates effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Adept at crisis management
Able to work independently, resourceful and solution oriented.
Excellent written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills
Excellent creative project management skills, highly organized and able to multitask effectively.
Strong understanding of the creative process as well as design and print/web production
Successful track record at client service in a marketing or creative environment
Detail oriented Knowledge of and experience with the following software programs: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.). Experience working in a database is recommended.
Knowledge of the following programs is helpful, but not required: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Workfront, etc.)
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
Sound knowledge of project management software.
Proven experience developing schedules and timelines for projects.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
