Job Description

A large Financial Services Intuition is seeking an Enterprise Architect to come onsite Tuesday-Thursday in Malvern PA. This person needs to be proficient in cloud platforms with expertise in the AWS service offerings, especially those related to serverless computing. The architect should have a solid grasp of software architecture principles, such as modularity, scalability, and maintainability. They should also be able to translate this for the business to understand the tradeoffs of the decisions being made, as well as create enterprise capability maps and transformation roadmaps. As part of the architecture roadmap, the enterprise architect should possess the expertise to assess when it is appropriate to leverage Salesforce, or other SaaS products for specific functionalities versus building a custom solution. This involves evaluating factors such as cost, time-to-market, complexity, scalability, and compliance requirements. In this role they will reference architecture diagrams, data and integration workflows, CRUD matrices Conceptual, logical, physical data models as well as proofs of concept related to microservices and IPaaS initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5-8 years of Enterprise Architect experience preferably within a smaller environment where they were "all encompassing"

- Experience with AWS Lambda, Amazon SNS, and Amazon SQS, DynamoDB, etc. as well as an understanding of how to migrate to these patterns from more traditional application patterns

- Experience migrating from a legacy system to new technology (Preferably monolithic to salesforce but not required)

- Strong understanding of architectural principles such as modularity, scalability, and maintainability

- In-depth knowledge of microservices architecture

- Expertise in designing and implementing an API management strategy that includes: API gateway solutions, Security measures, Monitoring, Versioning, Reusability, Documenting APIs AND Full API lifecycle management

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience with Java Development

- Experience with Salesforce

- Experience with Boomi to stand up API Manager
