Ivanti Consultant

Day to Day:

Insight Global is seeking an Ivanti Specialist for a local Pittsburgh client. While it is preferred that this person be in Pittsburgh to come on-site 2 days a week, there is flexibility for the candidate to sit fully remote. This person will be responsible for assisting with companywide initiatives. They will focus on IT processes for service desk while assisting the IT Change Manager to marry up process improvements through change. The ideal candidate will navigate tools and configure Ivanti through IT asset management, change management and service desk. They will manage the Ivanti environment, configure to meet process needs, and conduct and facilitate meetings.

Must haves:

* Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field

* 5-7 years of experience in an IT environment

* Experience implementing Ivanti in one or all of the following:

IT Asset Management

Service Desk/Delivery

Change Management

* Knowledge/experience with ITSM and ITIL

* Ability to conduct and facilitate meetings - hit the ground running

Pluses:

* Active Directory and Intune

* Proficiency in MS Suite/ O365

* Reporting capabilities - measuring KPI's
