This position is for our large Software client who sells SaaS (software as a service). This person will be responsible for converting purchased cloud software entitlements into infrastructure specification sufficient for provisioning.
Daily duties:
- Create build sheets from S/4HANA and SHC software specifications based on the buildsheet specification
- Become an expert in the buildsheet specifications and SAP software entitlements that drives Cloud ERP automated provisioning at NS2.
- Facilitate meetings to review draft buildsheets with SAP NS2 Ops and CDE leaders ahead of requests to provision
- Work collaboratively with Ops leaders to drive changes to the buildsheet specification aligned to gaps or improvement activities
- Make use of, augment, and refine the buildsheet SOPs in collaboration with other functions
- Make use of, augment, and own the buildsheet validation process and checklist to target zero errors in provisioning.
- Manage and populate a buildsheet log to drive KPIs and improvement activities
- Build and maintain a knowledge management repository in SharePoint that publishes all buildsheet processes, artifacts, and metrics
- Deliver monthly metrics to CDE leadership related to buildsheet performance, issues, and improvement activities
- Work with SAP ECS to understand S/4HANA PCE SKUs and underlying infrastructure entitlements
- Support the initiative to use SAP ECS's Pre-deal Qualification Assessment (PQA) to capture landscape information and extracts to drive buildsheets
- 5+ years of experience working in client delivery management, ideally for a Cloud Enterprise Software
- 3+ years taking in requirements from customers or Client Delivery Managers
- 3+ years of experience presenting buildsheets or order sheets to technical teams
- 5+ years working within Excel or spreadsheet software
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Knowledge of enterprise technology and infrastructure (networks, server software, cloud etc.)
- Great attention to detail and experience writing technical information
- Experience in a Managed Services environment
