Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven loyalty project coordinator who will lead the overall development and growth of one of our company's loyalty programs. This role will be collaborating with our Workplace Hospitality Group. You will lead the team through ideation, client selection and setup, launches and promotions planning and scheduling.



This position requires someone to have experience leading major enterprise projects as well as expertise in loyalty programs and development. The person in this role should be comfortable in organizing multiple workstreams while keeping a keen eye towards the final product and effective customer experience and ROI.

- Consult with key stakeholders to determine loyalty program features, technology/data needs, and design and translate those into functional requirements.

- Engage and work closely with IT and vendor to build out design, improvements, new integrations and functionality.

- Assist in the set up of promotions including set up, creative development and QA.

- Set up A/B promotional tests to prove out revenue incrementality around frequency, dayparts and other key KPIs

- Ensure project encompasses best-in-class loyalty program features and customer appeal.

- Lead teams thru promotion planning, client check-ins and ensure deliverables and timelines are being met.

- Regularly provide overall project status to senior leadership as well as identify any dependencies and risks quickly

- Ensure quality thru entire project including QA and user acceptance testing.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelors Degree, marketing preferred

- 1+ years of experience in Project Management role or experience in program development

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Time Management Skills

- Intermediate Excel, Outlook and Office Suite
