Job Description

Our national wealth management partner in Center City Philadelphia is looking for a Trade Support Analyst to join their Trade Support team.



The Associate will be supporting the equity and fixed income trade desk in handling retail trade issues and corrections through their trade support team. They will be responsible for establishing institutional account openings, analyzing daily morning trade reports, and monitoring the trade support group's inbox. They will report any missing account or trade information to the trading desk or various Wealth Management Operations teams, communicate with the settlements team for reconciliations on trades being processed, and report on daily morning trade reports on completed and potentially failed trades.



Additionally, the Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and reporting compliance reports as they pertain to FINRA, SEC, and client auditing. Responsibilities can be extremely time sensitive with very small windows to get accounts up and running and trades processed. It is an integral part of our partner's business so the Associate must be extremely reliable and consistent. The Associate will work heavily in Bloomberg, Beta (a Thompson Routers application), Flex, and various other internal portals.



Training will occur in their Headquarters in Center City, then will transition to a hybrid, WFH role.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6 months to 1 year of wealth management operations experience

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Is a quick learner and has a go-getter mentality

- Has extreme attention to detail and can work in a team-oriented environment

- Asks detailed questions and takes good notes

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Understanding of the trade life cycle
