A healthcare insurance company is actively looking to hire 3 Business Systems Analysts with advanced SQL skills to join their EIM Data Acquisition team to support the data warehousing teams as they initiate projects for their multiyear NextGen transformation program. 50% of the time this person will work in SQL to create and maintain complex SQL queries across multiple tables so they can then conduct data profiling, analysis, read data models and integrate data sources. This individual be standardizing process for extracting medical claims or billing data from various systems and sources, then integrating it with existing data. The other 50% of this person's time will be spent working with business stakeholders to gather/document requirements, translating those into specs for technical teams. The ideal candidate will have exposure to the healthcare insurance industry, ETL concepts and cloud-based environments.
· 8+ years of Systems and Business analysis experience (ideally in the healthcare space)
· 5+ years of experience supporting Information Management or Data Warehouse teams as a Business Systems Analyst
· 7+ years of creating source to target mapping documentation for data integration/migration projects
· 7+ years creating complex SQL queries; working across multiple tables for data profiling and analysis
· Extensive experience working with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, then translating those into specs for technical teams
· Experience supporting all phases of deployment; testing efforts, production readiness verification, ensuring accuracy after deployments
· Experience working in a cloud environment (GCP,AWS,Azure, Oracle)
