Insight Global is hiring a Change Manager to sit fully remote for one of our local clients in the Pittsburgh Area. Currently, this group is working to offer Change Management as a service to the organization. The individual must have experience conducting and facilitating meetings. The ideal candidate will be able to handle complex projects, establish processes to then enforce them across a large audience. This person will be responsible for leading different initiatives from initiation to launch, creating specifications, and working with cross-functional development teams to establish the ITSM strategy.
· 5+ years of organization change management experience
· Must be able to facilitate meetings and build a sustainable process
· Strong experience taking part in the full lifecycle of change management - establishing processes, enforcing processes, coordinating/gathering/ presenting a detailed plan to then execute on.
· Must be extremely organized, well spoken, and concise
