Job Description

Insight Global is hiring an IT Support Analyst for a client of ours outside Pittsburgh, PA. This person will be working within the automotive team in an office environment. This person will be working alongside one other IT Support Analyst. They will be responding to various hardware/software issues within the automotive environment in Pittsburgh, as well as remotely within 2 other small warehouses. Other responsibilities will include Support and break/fix of all users and business IT equipment within site. Ensuring proper storage and backup of local company data. Collaborate with Networking and Systems Administration teams to address or escalate any reported issue. Build and deploy new workstations and reimage and refresh devices as they work towards migrating from Windows 10 to Windows 11 in the future.

This is a 100% on-site role, operating during standard hours.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:

2 years of hands-on professional experience in IT Support

Experience troubleshooting PC and Laptop hardware and software (Office 365, Active Directory, reimaging devices, etc)

Experience troubleshooting Windows 10 devices

Experience responding to issues via a ticketing system and documenting tickets

Printer and hardware troubleshooting experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Lead experience -- (this candidate will have more responsibility than the other IT contractor, so looking for someone who is willing to take on more if needed)

Network troubleshooting experience

Experience with wiring, VOIP, hub installation, routers/switches, and PBX -VLAN experience

Experience with IT technologies supporting a Manufacturing environment
