A large Information Technology Services client is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join their team. This individual will provide 1st level remote support via phone, chat, and email. This person should have strong customer service skills along with a strong desire to problem solve. This person must also be comfortable working Saturday-Tuesday from 6:00am-4:30pm CDT.
* 1 to 3 years technical help desk or equivalent experience
* Experience using Remote tools
* Active Directory
* Prior experience on Software and Hardware for Mobile Devices, Desktops, Workstations, Notebooks and Printers
* Experience with Microsoft Office(Outlook, Word, and Excel, O365 a plus)
