The leading reverse logistics SaaS company works with online merchants to handle product returns across the US. An automated and flexible process which provides box and label-free returns, saving merchants up to 40% in revenue and reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
The HR team is looking for a hands-on strategic HRBP to support company's warehouse location in Blandon, PA. The successful candidate will partner across a broad spectrum of HR disciplines including Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Total Rewards and Diversity & Inclusion to drive business outcomes against the execution of global HR and local site-level priorities. In this role, you will support people manager development, site engagement, performance and talent management, organizational realignment, and analytics.
Responsibilities include *
Coach managers on individual & team performance
Ensure compliance standards remain up to date
Support deployment of global HR programs such as, the annual performance & rewards cycle, talent calibration & reviews and the employee listening survey
Manager appropriate training on performance evaluation, compensation, delivering feedback, HR tools and general best practices
Drive accountability and set expectations on employee relations issues
Champion of site engagement by partnering with site leaders on culture activity, diversity & inclusion initiatives and solutions to enhance the employee experience
Together with the business aligned HRBPs, you'll support business reorganizations and restructures
Deliver anecdotal and analytical insights
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in HR, Employee Relations and/or Talent Acquisition
Proven ability to build relationships & partnerships with all levels of employees to increase individual and team effectiveness
Experience supporting an hourly workforce
HRIS knowledge; Workday, Peoplesoft, Ultipro or similar
Problem solving mentality and change management expertise
Results driven individual who can produce effective outcomes
Effective communicator who can tailor their communication style as needed
Critical thinker who can navigate through a high degree of complexity and ambiguity
Comfortable supporting employees and managers through complex situations
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Bilingual in Spanish & English
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
