Job Description

Our Wealth Management, Capital Markets, and Investment Banking partner headquartered in Center City, Philadelphia is seeking an Advisory Account Coordinator to join their Wealth Management Operations division.



The Coordinator is the main point of contact/liaison between Financial Advisors, Money Managers, and the operations division. They will be responsible for conducting audits on processed trades and client accounts. If for instance an account is frozen or coded incorrectly, the Coordinator will reach out to the appropriate party to mediate the issue. This will mostly be done via email and over the phone, and the data is housed in Beta and Vestmark.



This is an integral part to the wealth management ecosystem with our partner. It is a hybrid, permanent position in Center City, Philadelphia.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree

- 1-2 years of financial services experience

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Is a self-starter, remains curious, and asks a ton of questions

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Wealth management experience
