A mid-sized law firm in Center City Philadelphia is seeking a Trust and Estates Attorney to join their team. This position would be full time 5x a week in our Philadelphia office. This person will be working with clients of estate planning, estate administration, and trust administration. This person's ideal experience would come with wills and trusts and knowledge of estate and gift taxation. Ideally, this person will have tax knowledge for trust and estates, business matters for partnerships, LLC, S Corporation.
Role is onsite in Center City Philadelphia, on a 35 hour work week, 9-5 PM, with some flexibility of work from home. Excellent benefits - work life balance. 401k, vacation, sick time, and more.
1. JD from accredited law school, LL.M. is a plus
2. 5+ years' experience as a practicing attorney in the estate planning and elder law industry
3. Existing client base preferred, ability to service new referral clients
4. PA Bar admission
