The Rebate Analyst will be responsible for supporting the financial and accounting specific functions of the company as they relate to the rebate process. This position has no direct reports.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate with accounting for the creation of monthly and quarterly estimates.
- Identify and understand key areas with the ability to recognize and communicate impact of changes to GPO administration fee
- Implement administration fee changes as needed based on KPI monitoring and maintenance activity
- Collaborate with finance and accounting team to monitor and maintain GPO administration fee
- Drive continuous improvement of financial system and processes
- Identify and understand key rebate revenue and cost drivers with the ability to recognize and communicate impact of contractual changes through variance and what-if analysis.
- Identify and understand claim utilization trends that affect revenue and cost of goods through ad-hoc and recurring analysis.
- Forecast and manage expected rebate revenues for Elixir.
- Implement fee changes as needed based on weekly monitoring to meet contractual and forecasted obligations.

2+ years experience as a Financial Analyst or Rebate Analyst
PBM or Healthcare Insurance experience
Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
SQL queries and Excel modeling
Financial and statistical reporting knowledge
Pharmacy Claims analysis
