Insight Global is looking for a Remote Project Manager/Scrum Master to support a local manufacturing client of ours that will handling mulitple digital product implementations across the business unit. Some examples of this include Subscription management software, Revenera, commercial ERP software. This resource will be joining a new and exciting team.
Responsibilities include:
* Assigned to multiple projects, schedule projects based on what phase they are, email communications between teams, etc.
* Responsible for prior months costs.
* Responsible for building an agile backlog
* Communicating with various stake holders.
* Develop project plans and manage project team to the specifications set out in documentation.
* Monitor project budget to ensure project stays within established financial parameters.
* Develop schedules and manage project team to meet deadlines set forth in project plan.
* Create and process change orders to previously scoped and agreed upon work.
* Experience working in an Agile environment (transitioning from a waterfall environment to an agile)
* At least 5 years' experience working as a TRUE IT Project Manager and/or Scrum Master (not someone wearing multiple hats)
* Experience working with Jira
* Must have experience managing multiple complex projects
* Extensive budget management experience
* Demonstrated experience in creating project plans, scope statements, resource maps, and project financials & RACI
* Experience implementing digital products
experience coming from an agile migration
