Our client is seeking a Chemical/Environmental Engineer to join their team to provide senior-level technical support and management. This person will be responsible for the scoping, planning and execution of large environmental investigations programs, client coordination, and subcontractor management. The ideal candidate will be technically oriented with environmental investigation and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Option for remote work.
· Bachelors Degree in engineering (chemical or environmental preferred)
· 8-10 years of experience in the environmental engineering/consulting industry or related
o Must include experience working with investigation or remediation of hazardous waste sites (CERCLA, RCRA, TSCA or other environmental clean-up programs)
· Experience working directly with federal clients
Excellent communication and public speaking skills
· One of the following professional registrations: Professional Engineer, Professional Geologist, Project Management Professional, Certified Hazardous Materials Manager, or similar in the environmental field
Masters degree
