Job Description

Project:

The Portfolio Management Team within the Enterprise Risk and Security organization at a Fortune 500 financial services company is looking to bring in two Senior SharePoint Developers to build out their SharePoint Online environment (Product Hub) that will be leveraged to track dispositioning and approval of decisions for technology investments. This group has historically used a combination of a legacy application (Mongo/Angular), PowerPoints, Excel SpreadSheets, and Jira to track, measure and report on investment decisions made and their return on investment. The value add of this platform will be the ability to rapidly develop, improved data storage, rapid reporting and speed to ingest knowledge by leveraging this low-code/no-code environment. This will not be an enterprise-wide application but rather will be consumed by a few hundred users.



Day to Day:

- The senior developers brought in will be in a mostly heads-down development function and will need to be indepedetly operational within the first month of being integrated into the team.

- 80% of the work will include form customization, creation of SharePoint backend, creation of data structure, linking the data to forms, creating the UI, and mapping Power Automate for workflows.

- There will me daily standups and this team operates in two week sprints with a two week cycle of releases.

- All development will be peer tested.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of SharePoint Development experience

- 2+ years of Power Apps development experience (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps)

- Power Automate experience -- hands on

- Experience working in an Agie/Scrum environment

- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Azure

- Financial Services industry experience

- Sharepoint or PowerApps certifications

- Architect level experience in SharePoint

- RPA Automation experience

- Mobile development in SharePoint
