Remote Insurance Follow Up Representative Physician Billing

Our large healthcare provider client located in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a fully remote Insurance Follow Up Representative to join their Revenue Cycle team. This position will be responsible for resolving claim denials for all physician practices. This will include following up with insurance payors, reviewing contracts agreements and investigating denied claims to achieve proper reimbursement. This position is held to production requirements between 55+ claims per day. Candidates must be within 2 hours of Philadelphia in order to be considered.

2+ years experience within Physician/Professional insurance follow up/ AR follow up - denials, appeals, etc.

Basic Insurance Payor and Medical Terminology

Ability to read/understand payor contracts

Need to be within 2 hour driving distance from PA/NJ
