Insight Global is seeking a Remote Data Engineer for a large pharmaceutical client. This person is joining a large R&D Data Sciences organization responsible for development and maintenance of ML models supporting and driving business initiatives. This person will be responsible for creating data pipelines and optimizing existing pipelines for large data sets of Bioinformatics data. This person should be strong in Data Engineering using Python/SQL/AWS and have experience with Bioinformatics data.
- 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering using Python and AWS
- Data pipeline creation and optimization
- SQL/NoSQL
- Deploying/managing APIs
- FastAPI Stack (Preferred)
