Insight Global is seeking a Platform Support Engineer for a large pharmaceutical client. This person will be joining a group focused on Platform Operations & Support for ML platforms. This person will be responsible for working with end users to identify, diagnose, and resolve platform system issues and escalate to 3rd party vendors as needed in both a hands on and coordination role. This person should have extensive experience in AWS computing, python data engineering, and vendor management.
- 2+ years of experience in a Support Engineer role
- Hands on AWS experience including EC2 and S3
- Python experience
- Vendor management and end user support
