Remote Engagement Manager

Insight Global is seeking a remote Change/Engagement Manager for a large pharmaceutical client in the PA/NJ area. This person is joining a larger team responsible for Data Science/Machine Learning platforms and tools. This person will join an existing project with the goal of providing user engagement, change management, and communications to business users to drive adoption/engagement. This person will be responsible for executing change and communication strategy by creating various types of content. This person will be responsible for developing user guides, communications, training documentation, SharePoint maintenance, facilitating user sessions, and supporting project management activities.

- Change Management experience supporting technology projects in an enterprise environment

- Execution of change management/communication strategy in a team environment

- Content creation including emails, decks, videos, user guides, training, and user sessions

- SharePoint, ThoughtSpot, or InDesign experience/exposure

- Consulting background
