Our Education Software Client is seeking a Client Renewal Specialist to join their team in Malvern, PA or Austin, TX. This individual will be assisting with current clients in helping them renew a new year and upgrade to new systems. They will be speaking with clients directly and following up with additional options via email and phone. They will be working 4 days remotely and 1 day a week in the office. The Client Renewal Specialist plays a critical role as the primary post sale point of contact for the company's t accounts, responsible for managing complex client relationships, driving deep adoption of products and services, and ensuring the client account is healthy, referential and results in growth of the portfolio. The Client Renewal Specialist builds strong and productive relationships with clients, facilitates effective internal and external activity, communication, and clearly understands and communicates the positive impacts of the company's solutions. They will add value by providing strategic advice and guidance to ensure that each client is achieving sustainable value from their solutions and understands potential value in additional offerings. The level of engagement will differ depending on the assigned accounts.
