Job Description
A client in Reading, PA is looking to hire 5 remote customer support specialists to join their growing team. This assignment will help act as the front line for general customer inquiries and issues. They will handle the bulk of the reactive/inbound "break/fix" calls. They will assist customers will administrative tasks and help with technical issues related to Connected Fleet digital tools. For example: Password resets, Adding New Users, Troubleshooting, General How-To questions.
Our customers range from small to very large. We interface with Fleet Manager, Executives, and drivers. So our front line support team will need to be smart and flexible enough to support many different types of customers. In a typical day, you may go from helping a driver figure out how to connect to a device on a truck, to helping a Fleet Manager reset his password.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, curious professional with a passion for technology, problem solving, and having meaningful interactions with our customers. Required Skills & Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent require
1-2 years of customer service experience OR recent college grad
Strong verbal and written communication
Experience with or interested in technology
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience working with computer hardware or software (technical background / IT helpdesk experience)
Bilingual (Spanish would be great, if possible)
