Job Description
- Brainstorm, develop, problem solve & implement a strategic communications plan from scratch with a project team
- Utilizing basic understanding of AP/AR & invoicing to determine the direction of the communication plan
- Investigate a new payment portal, and determine what the simplest path to explanation would be for both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to write strategic plans independently after development
- Writing strategic communications through a variety of mediums including:
o Content Management systems, Intranet, PowerPoint, Video, etc.
- Working with stakeholders from the front-line level all the way up to C-Suite level
- Own and drive the strategy alongside a project team, taking on both independent arms of the plan, as well as working towards the same end goal.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of exp. of Strategic Communication , Change Mgmt.
- Experience executing strategic communication plans from development to implementation
- Hands on writing of communication plans
- Ability to work within a variety of communication mediums (Email, Intranet, PPT, Video, etc.)
- Proficiency within MS Office & Excel
- Detail oriented + both the ability to work independently as well as with a team
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Bachelors in Communications , Marketing , PR , etc.
- Experience integrating payment portals (Source to Pay , End to End)
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable process
- Experience with Content Management systems
- Communications background of:
o Corporate , Marketing , PR Agencies , Enterprise Environnements
