A Large Healthcare provider is looking for a LPN or RN to join their team of 9 Telehealth triage Nurses. They will cover calls from 8 different practices. The hours are M-F 8:30 -5. Average Calls per day is 30-50.
The LPN/RN is responsible for triaging patients for their assigned providers with the following duties:
* Facilitating patient access to the clinic
* Returning patient calls
* Reviewing and refilling prescriptions
* Responding to patient portal messages
* Providing patient education regarding disease and medication management
This is located in Philadelphia, public trans accessible. Parking is not provided.
