Python Developer - REMOTE

Our Healthcare Insurance Client is looking to hire a Python Developer for a contract to hire position. This will be remote work from home and will work EST hours. This is the Data Security Team and this position will be responsible for creating Dashboards for visualization. This team is getting a lot of requests to build dashboards for Big Data. Any experience with Plotly is a big plus for this role. Good communication and experience interfacing with internal clients is important for this role. This is a AWS environment but any cloud experience is preferred.



About Team:

This is the Data Analytics Team on Security Organization. This team provides data for Security Operations Center. Provide hand crafted and focused on data science models for use cases. Security gaps, anomalies, security threat, intrusions - helping close the gaps. Work on billions of rows of data (terabytes). Create dashboards is a big focus for this team. Looking for expertise in visualization. One side is data engineering team and now focused on dashboarding side. Also looking for data engineering side of the house so any ETL tools is a helpful. Team is responsible for storing data for state regulations and work in AWS, expanding to Azure and GCP.

Big Data (terabytes)

Very strong with Plotly and building complicated dashboards

Strong data visualization experience

Strong Python Experience

AWS experience. GCP or Azure is a plus
